It's been a journey for me. I'm 34 now and yeah, I still have the days that suck. I worked out that tiredness and ill-preparation is the biggest factor to me having bad days of not being able to speak properly. So, on the days I know I need to be at my best. I make sure to get a good sleep the night before. And, I prepare THE SHIT out of what I have to do. It makes me confident, and I think to myself "well, I've done everything in my power to make this amazing. If it goes wrong, fuck it." And that's the most important thing. Fuck it.
