Hey I am a stutterer, I have 2 college degrees in 2 different fields and currently going for the master's. I had many part-time jobs and currently looking for one for my long-term career. Stuttering has always been present in all aspects of my life to the point that I got numb to it. The last time someone bullied me for stuttering was in high school. Ever since I got into higher education, save a few bad apples I can name over the tips of my finger, everyone has been quite understanding and welcoming to speech impediment and it has never stopped me from going after what I want. As others have said, you just have to come in terms with your stutter and accept it. After I just went with the flow with it, surprisingly it decreased significantly, and whenever I stutter, I just call it out, "Yeah btw I have this mild stutter since I was a kid, so ignore it when it happens". Don't worry. Stuttering won't stop you from being whatever you want to be in life.
