See a speech pathologist. You need to learn fluency. It's not an attitude. It's a skill. Speech therapy will teach you to be fluent. You'll be assessed, and they'll work you through a program to get you fluent. There will be exercises and homework. Truth is, most of it is incredibly easy. For me, the hardest part was making and keeping the first few appointments. Stuttering really did a number on my confidence and self image.
