The side effects haven't been too bad for me. Aside from improving my stuttering (which by the way was pretty bad), it has also helped me with reduced anxiety and improved sleep. At 10mg I feel I get close too taking too much as the side effects start getting noticeable and the improvement on stuttering isn't that great compared to taking 7.5mg. I've been following the research on ecopipam and had hopes maybe it could improve my stuttering even more. But the more I read about it, it seems like it might just be that the side effects are reduced compared to e.g zyprexa. Another interesting drug for stuttering is abilify. I haven't tested this one, but many seems to propose it works. From reading on Wikipedia, abilify seems to work as a dopamine agonist on many receptors, which seems strange as it's opposite to how zyprexa and ecopipam works.
