I stutter sometimes But I have improved dramatically over the few years. Some of what helped me was: Taking a full breath before speaking, always speak while exhaling (outhaling), don't always feel bad about yourself, the better mood and attitude you have the better you will speak, try to be brave, speak slower and if you see you are stuttering take a deep breath in and than speak slowly as you exhale
