Therapy will help. But what's important is your breathing. Try to keep a slow relaxed breathing style. I wont say it's easy as it's not as we all get inside our own heads. Oh and dont be afraid to restart your sentence. Change the word. Stuttering isnt pleasant or fair. But we have it unfortunately so just try your best and know you aren't the only one.
