Of course brother, own that shit. No one can make fun of you for it if you already are. Self deprecating humor isn't seen as a healthy thing but if you're genuinely owning it and you're genuinely having a laugh taking the piss outta yourself then that self deprecating humor is the best thing you can do. It shows confidence in yourself, it shows that you know that your stutter doesn't define you and that you have other traits to show people. If you're the kid who doesn't talk and when you do you say things in a stuttering whisper of course the nasty rude guys are gonna talk down on you because it's what they do, but if you own it and speak up and power through your stutter (and personally when mine gets bad I stop myself, laugh and say something like "for fucks sakes man/doll-face, I can't talk for shit" and carry on) that takes away their chance to talk any amount of shit about it because they see you're confident and it won't effect you in any negative way. Anytime someone tried to come at me with any rude stuff about my stutter in school I'd simply say "I've heard that one, got any fresh material?" or "hey that's a new one, I might use that one someday if you don't mind." Own it. No one can touch you if you simply own it.
