I've been guilty putting off calling my grandmother for a month or two, finally did it today and couldn't say I love you at the end 🙃 I'm glad we talked anyway, but man my jaw and body tenses up towards the end. I don't get as embarrassed or awkward about, but speech therapy certainly wasn't a cure for me. Reminder to call family, even if it sucks for you it makes their day better.
