well saying in your name in the middle of the speech will be much easie than sayying it in the ebginning so instead of saying my name for example "alex" try saying well my friends call me "lex"(choose amore funny name that you can pronounce ) but my real name is " alex" . i don't really recommend running away from the problem but this may help in worst case senario
