I'm am sorry you have to go through this, my name starts with a B too and also gives me problems. And people take advantage of this to get me. It hurts, but it just take it in my stride. Think of it this way. Most people who laugh or giggle are often caught off guard and don't truly mean to be rude. It does hurt, but you can rest easy in knowing there was no true malice behind it.
