When I'm talking spontaneously and in-person (as opposed to on the phone), I rarely get blocks. But after awhile it can still kick in. In situations where greeting someone saying "hi" or saying someone's name including my own is required then that's why i'm more likely to get blocks. Any speech that is non-spontaneous is often troubling for me.
