I know it’s definitely hard and confidence is hard to come by but you can 100% do it if you even have a sliver of hope you can. I was working in a mental health hospital for a couple months (didn’t quit due to stutter but in fact my college workload) and I was honestly astonished when I was treated BETTER by people who were struggling with mental illness, than your average person. The funny part is most of them were teenagers as well as I mainly worked with that age group. I think if you’re going to have to talk to staff on a consistent basis it may be hard, but talking to patients imo isn’t as bad as you are thinking it to be. You got this 👍
