I met my girlfriend (now wife) while attending a small festival around Amsterdam in 2012. I'm Dutch and she is Japanese, she was backpacking through Europa. I was doing well and could speak quite fluently, but still stuttered a bit. The key was I was confident and wasn't bothered by my own speaking, so the subject didn't even come up even though it was noticeable. I was the one who initiated the conversation. Fast forward to the present, I still stutter and have my ups and downs, but she loves me either way. It has never been an issue in the relationship. So don't worry about it, when you accept your self and have confidence others will do the same. Good luck to you finding a loving partner!
