My secondary school french teacher had a stutter, quite mild, he'd repeat a syllable every now and then. It wasn't an issue, it was just kinda part of his voice like any accent might be.  It was also very kinda high energy and extroverted, with absolute confidence and spoke pretty quickly anyways
