With all due respect this is not much therapy at all. An intensive course where you would expect to see a difference would typically be 1-2 weeks full time with homework and a follow up after 4-8 weeks to cover how things have gone and what is next. Next would often be a weekly evening course. Do you mind me asking what country you are from and what job you are after?
