I'm 21, and have stuttered my way through plenty of job interviews myself. Don't worry too much about it. You can just disclose it at the beginning of the interview, and there won't be any fuss. Job interviews are uncomfortable and scary for everyone. You're not alone. Employers legally aren't able to deny you a job because of your stutter alone, so really all it does is make the interview difficult. You'll get through it mate. Scariest interview I ever had was at Lichfield AAC, one of the British army assessment centers. Basically had to summarise 3 days of assessments and activities, and talk about who I am as a person to a British army major who was going to dictate whether or not I could join up. I passed with a B grade and went home happy! Worst one was for Currys, an electronics store here in the UK. I was 16 at the time, same as you, and I had a face to face interview as well as a practical segment where I had to assist customers under supervision. Didn't get that job, unfortunately. If you need any advice, or want to ask any questions, you can PM me. Best of luck, mate.
