I've learnt that people are generally much less judgmental than we think. While we may be embarrassed or feel humiliated by our stutter, others may not notice it and even if they do, they are accepting of it/they don't care that you stutter. I hope you can find some comfort in knowing that. Also, please remember, your interviewer will not focus on your speech, they will focus on the content of your answers, so prioritise that. I also find that when during interviews, when I focus on my answers instead of my speech, I speak fluently. If I can, you can too! I also recommend not memorising any interview question answers. Instead, have dot points and then spontaneously use them to answer the question during the interview. This has really helped me to speak fluently during interviews. I also want you to know that you are NOT inferior to anyone else in any way. The truth is, everyone is dealing with some sort of issue in their life, whether that be speech, homelessness, blindness, family issues, but we are all still equal. Do not let your speech define your self-worth. Good luck with your interview!!!
