How much is your stutter affecting your confidence in the interviews? I'd hazard a guess that's the reason for your lack of success more then the stutter itself. If you go in with the attitude of "yeah I stutter. I deal with it, I can still do the job well." I think you'll change your circumstances. It will be hard but you just have to start faking the confidence till you build it up.
