Ok but what exactly do you expect OP to do? If they sue, they may or may not get a settlement (highly unlikely) and then the business will just continue to do the same thing they did with OP excel instead of saying why they were denied, they come up with another excuse or just say "we went with someone more qualified" or something similar. Either way OP isn't working there. If they sued and was offered a job, they'd be miserable or probably on a fast track to being fired. Why would someone work for a place like that? OP wasn't getting that job regardless. As soon as the interviewer noticed the stutter, that was it. They could've come up with *any* excuse to not hire and that discrimination would still be there. OP is doing the best they can, which is move on. This isn't even remotely similar to Rosa Parks. >Maybe you’ll understand when you grow up a little bit. Growing up a little bit will teach you to pick your battles and this isn't it.
