Intentionally creating conflicts? Been there. Matter of fact, I'm still there. I remember dropping a class in college in which the professor would have the class answer a random question proposed via a dice roll (6 random questions) at the start of every period. It was brutal. That wasn't the primary reason for me changing the class, but it certainly made my decision much easier.
