Looking for opinions! Hey, I am Marty, a 18 years old guy. I was thinking about this a lot, and I have decided to ask for anyone else's opinion. I stutter since the age of around 7. Have 2 family members who no longer stutter. I guess I could say I'm not a severe stutterer - I hold phone conversations quite well - may block once or twice, but other than that, I seem to do well. I am mainly fluent with my friends, and my family. Difficult situations would include asking questions to a complete stranger or giving a speech. The interesting thing though: from what I've asked about my family members - they seem to have outgrown it at the age of around 21. This is very weird to me, could this be a sign of a late stuttering recovery? I was thinking the same pattern could work out for me, but I am not sure about it. I would LOVE to hear what you guys think, so I'll be waiting for opinions and potentially some discussions. Stay safe everyone!
