I personally don't tell people. Although mine's bad enough it's pretty self evident lol But I take the view that if it's relevant to them, they can tell anyway, and if they can't tell then it's not relevant But if you really want to tell them, you can mention it during a conversation. Something like "oh I have a presentation next week, I really hate them with my stutter", or something like that I don't think it's ever appropriate to "confess" to a stutter, it's not like that. I did that a few times and I really hated it, it felt like I was stigmatising it and defining myself by the stutter. Which is just entirely arse backwards. Your stutter is such a minor part of you, it's really not that important
