You suggest that even without 'fear', we can learn to kill difficult letters first. Question: What does 'kill' mean in this context? I mean, 'kill' usually means to 'reduce fear', but in this example we assume that a person sometimes don't have fear so what exactly do we kill? Do we kill 'anticipatory triggers', but can we even eliminate triggers? What else is then left that we can kill if not 'fear'?
