Yes i know there are some people out there who would fake disabilities, the comment from before was referred to people who tell other people with an actual disabilty that they're faking it, and that's like saying that all the pain, the sadness, the anger you had to go through is all a lie, but i agree that we should call out people who fake disabilities.
