You took me back to my first day at work. Our orientation was going on in a conference room, every one casually introducing themselves. My heart rate was mimicking step function with my turn getting closer. It managed it fine, don't even remember what I said, but it went fine. Point is this is a totally new setup, you will have lots of experiences good and bad in terms of stuttering. Honestly sometimes you will feel patronised by colleagues even of well intentioned. Don't have a solution but my 50 cents is take it as a journey. Quit overthinking and letting stutter overshadow your personality, intelligence. You might have to work harder on presentations and all but that stuff you can handle. ATB !!
