When I had to do any presentation in school, I would make extensive notecards that had literally everything I was going to say in my presentation. I would pick a friend or two to practice with (one time I even FaceTimed my friend on campus and ran through my presentation with her a couple of times). By the time it’s time to present, I was less nervous about it. I was a French major so a lot of my presentations were in a completely different language, and preparing ahead helped TREMENDOUSLY.
