Yeah man when I was in speech therapy I had to read out loud for hours, make fake phone calls, and talk with a metronome. I've realized that confidence is a huge factor though. I'm at a point where I can go entire stretches of days without a single block. But once I stutter once it kinda shakes me and I can go through days of awful stuttering. I know it's annoying, but your attitude and perception of it makes a huge difference.
