It’s true! I was in the same situation for months and it felt extremely dehumanizing. I think a lot of people view as neurodivergent or not capable of certain things, so they don’t want to take a chance on us. Thank god the place that I’m working at now didn’t do a proper interview. It was more of a phone call asking if I accept the offer, and I just “mhm” and “yeah” my way through that conversation.
