This, I've had a stutter since childhood (34 now) and have a successful career, married, 2 wonderful kids, etc.. after college I got used to just being up front about the stutter in interviews, social settings, and even on the first date with my wife. Honestly I found a stutter less or have less blocks in a social situation if I admit it up front. I've even had people say later, "if you hadn't said anything I never would have known you had a stutter", basically because being up front about it makes me relax more and takes my anxiety down from trying to hide it.
