Do you tell your workplace that you have a stutter?

Do you tell your workplace that you have a stutter? I'm in quite the pickle right now. Do you tell your boss that you have a stutter? My boss wants me to make this training video (like a screencast with my voice over it) and it's been really hard for me to not stutter on a microphone, even if I'm alone. I've worked at my company for nearly two years and I'm pretty certain that my boss doesn't know that I have a stutter (UGH). Edit: like after a billion different tries, I finally have something that isn't too terrible.
