I am glad it helped you, maybe it will help someone else too. I tried naturally all these steps when I was younger. I couldn´t say "M" so I´d say "Somy name is Erik". The problem is i started to block on "S" after some time xD Or as I child I could read without stutter. My speech doctor said to me "so when you speak, just imagine that you are reading". What happened? I tried to link reading with speaking and as a result of that....I started to stutter while reading too :( :D ​ It is not so easy to trick the brain, at least for me :D
