So you basically purposely stutter on the block. So if you feel a block on the word pillow, you say p-p-p-p-pillow. Its great, but I would also recommend trying to purposely stutter in general. It helped me a lot in fluency. For me it feels like im expressing my stutter freely, which makes me less afraid of it and makes me talk better.
