Your better than me I'll tell ya that much lol..but honestly you reacted the right way. Let go of the burden of caring so much what others think and life gets alot easier. I certainly haven't mastered it yet tho. Still have alot of pain & anger from countless humiliations, bullying, unfair things, trauma, disappointment ect. That happened because of this impediment that probably will never go away. But honestly if you can laugh it off and have it not affect you too much or not at all that's the key to living a optimal life as a stutterer. And a perk is not dying from a stroke at 40 from the stress, anxiety & anger that comes with caring.
