You are young. take the risk, expose yourself to uncomfortable situations. The earlier the better. Practice, practice, practice and practice again: alone, in front of a mirror, with a friend you are comfortable with. It’s important to be mindful that your speech might not be the best, and you might not like the final result, but every skill is learned by practicing and most importantly, getting exposure. This will be your first time so be playful, take it as a practice. you are aiming to develop a long term skill. I wished I made a move when I was you age but I started 10 years later. Now, after 3 years I can comfortably host meetings with big customers on a daily basis. Best of lucks
