Hey man, I'm 18 years old and I'm still far from mastering my stutter so I don't have much advice. I just wanted to say that you gotta accept it as it is. If you were forced into a call center and can't leave, than stutter in people's faces. What's the worst that could happen? People on the phone call you names? You get fired for not doing the job right? Then it's okay, it isn't your fault. You didn't even want the job in the first place. My stutter is also from anxiety, and I've been working hard not to let it hinder me. I think that's the only really true advice for everyone, just stutter in people's faces. If they don't like it, stay away from them, you wouldn't want them as friends anyway. I'm going to college in like 2 months as well, I'd say don't try to get away from presentations and whatnot. Telling people you stutter in the beggining of the presentation can make it better. If they laugh, let them laugh, who gives a shit? If you don't tell them beforehand, they probably will get it by themselves, especially if you're on a fixed class. Presentations are mandatory so it's not your fault as well that you have to be up there.
