Has anyone heard of or had any experience with the Hollins Communications Research Institute or HCRI?

Has anyone heard of or had any experience with the Hollins Communications Research Institute or HCRI? I just wanna hear what other people's opinions are on them. I went there, but the only place it really works is in the institute and not when I'm out and about in real life. On the other hand, don't most stutterers agree that speech therapy techniques work great in a clinical setting, but either fall short or don't work at all in real life talking with another person? There's also a lot of emotional baggage that comes with stuttering such as overcoming fears, low self esteem, etc.
