I have to go "popo" because of stress :D

I have to go "popo" because of stress :D It is crazy. In 2 weeks i have to say one longer sentence to the building superintendent. I can probably say it pretty well with a good preparation. But when I think about it, it is super stressfull and I have immediately urge to go to the toilet and do the Number 2. This happened more frequent in the past, nowadays my speech is better but it still happens from time to time. Is this common for you?
