1. Read with as much pation as possible. Don't exaggerate anything, just talk with emotion like you would tell a story. 2. Practice talking alot to yourself/in front of a mirror. Try to get out from your comfort zone and talk to other people and stangers to get used to that fear and eventually, eliminate it.
