Begin speaking on a normal exhale, and make eye contact. Disclose and practice voluntary repetitions as much as possible . If your articulators work normally when talking to yourself, they aren’t the problem (the problrm is fear). Focusing on articulators will only increase the problem. These ideas come from professionals who specialize in dusfluency. They’ve helped many people, including myself, go from disabling blocks to near-permanent normal sounding, smooth speech.
