I didn't mean it like that at all, maybe I worded it wrong. I meant that if he still has a stutter as teen, the parents should start to worry since it means its most likely for life and stutterers are not really taken serious as other disabilities. You can still have hope as a stutterer, u just need to shift your hope and expectation of life and don't compare yourself to non stutterers depending of the severity of the stutter. It sucks but we live in a world were people who stutter don't get the benefits that other disabled people get. You are treated the same as a non disabled person even if u have a severe stutter. I hope we can change that in the future
