Something ive learned in speech therapy that i use every single day and works well is elongating the syllables in words. Especially on those sounds that trip you up. For example if you were saying the word “read” it would be more like “rrreead”. On sounds that cant be elongated like “k” or “g”, barely hit that sound. Do the hard sound very light then elongate the sound after. Combine this and taking time for deep, full breaths speaking more fluently will start to become more frequent. It wont completely get rid of your stutter ofc, but it does help. And it takes a lot of practice and patience. I hope this helps :)
