Can't say "Initial"

Can't say "Initial" I have a new job where I have to say a lot of long words to clients and coworkers. I'm doing mostly good but for some reason when it comes to signing and initialing the documents, I struggle to say "initial" to the clients. I think it's because my brain is processing the word weirdly. I think of the exact spelling of the word beforehand and how it looks kinda weird and sounds weird. Like if you didn't speak English and you heard initial, it would sound strange to you. Then different people pronounce it differently like "a-nishul" or "ee-nishul" or "in-nishul" and that confuses my brain. So tomorrow I'm just gonna focus on the one pronunciation of "a-nish-ul" and see how that works. That should clear my brain. Do you fellow stutterers think your brain is run by a fascist sometimes? Like how you think and process things in a very strict, binary sort of way, especially with regards to speech? Because I'm starting to think mine is.
