Steve is the bane of my existence, and where I'm from everyone and their mothers are called Steve so times can be challenging! Iced Tea can still be a struggle but because of the natural pause between the two words it's easier to navigate. I sometimes try to do it with words such as "Steve" so it becomes S-Teve, but people generally just hear "Teve" and get confused lol.
