Too nervous to give a speech

Too nervous to give a speech I (M19) want to run for a position on my college club board; however, you must give a 2-minute speech as well as a 1-minute speech to state why you think you are qualified for the position. This is extremely discouraging for me because giving speeches/presentations in front of people is my biggest weakness/fear. I am too scared to give this presentation, it would be hell to get through and I would get a lot of laughs and questionable looks. I just wish I could be able to give this presentation and run because I really am qualified for the position. I'm just too scree and know I can’t get through it without a major slip-up or 50. I don't know what to do
