Hello! I too work in IT, I told my self early on in my career i'll be taking roles which do not involve a lot of communication..what happens? I end up in an IT Manager role. I have many calls and presentations as a part of my job, yes there are times where I stutter or block but whatever happens I remind myself I still manage to get through the situation. I don't know about you but for me, I find myself lacking in confidence, that mixed with my anxiety really really adds to how bad my stuttering can be. So I try and focus on those two things before my stuttering as they can be actively resolved much quicker.
