I vividly remember fully grown adults at the time who took them several minutes just to introduce themselves. At the end of it, they were 99.9% more fluent. Of course they had a hiccup here and there, but it was really cool to see. I wish I had paid attention more while I was there. I've been thinking of going back someday soon. ​ Only downside is that it's in person only (least it was 14 years ago).
