Well, I seldomly get the symptom nowadays. Maybe once a month when I am feeling down and sad. What I noticed that triggered it was my depression & anxiety, was constantly worried about every little details in life and was hella depressed about my studies. The cure to my double breath symptom was to not give a shit about things in life and try to stay as carefree as possible. Also, start to love yourself better and ignore the imperfections in life. Started going to the gym, eating healthy, look at things positively. Goodluck to you and hope you are doing well!
