IM so sorry I wish I could hug you I totally understand.. I’m extremely confident like idgaf!! However I was diagnosed with epilepsy 9 years ago and after seizures sometimes for a day or two I struggle to speak at all.. It leaves me so insecure and embarrassed.. I’m weird though I have always tried to use that as fuel so when I am feeling this way I’ll goto a couple A.A or N.A meetings and read.. Or more recently I share my experience strength and hope with addiction epilepsy stuttering and mental health teaching them to LOVE one another!! I will deal with my Insecurity and even depression and pain to hopefully spark something in someone with my courage to speak up.. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL I LOVE REAL TALK
