You dont have to speak quietly to speak softly. My speech therapist taught me about light contact, which is very helpful. Bassicly ur just trying to speak with as little pressure to ur lips, tounge and throat. It would probably be nore helpful to look up a video about it online then me try and explain it cos im not a speech therapist haha
