We were just talking about this in our stuttering community - feel free to join for free using the link in my profile. For context, it's important to disclose your stutter if it's someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. I personally have had a girlfriend for the past two years. I stutter way less around her, but it was still important for me to disclose. Dating apps have helped as I didn't always have to actually talk to the girl in real life lol. In any case, here's a perspective of a member from my community: "I'm very open with my stutter when approaching girls but it took a while to open up. I was always waiting for girlfriends to ask about it but they waited a while and then maybe i would bring it after a couple months. Even though i was stressed and worried about my future (how good of a job, affect on children), it did not seem to be a big deal with them. Was always difficult mtg parents and their family but just got thru it. Girlfriends and their family were always supportive so lucky that way."
